「無為」とは「自然に従うこと」。
ヒトは自然に従うことによって、初めて「在ること」を受け入れる余裕が生まれます。
私にとって盆栽とは、それ自体から「無為」という自分自身や自然との向き合い方を教わる修行で、常に私の傍にあるものです。
一水を与えると木は育つ。
しかし、与えすぎると根は腐る。
夢定し引くと枝葉に陽がよく当たる。
陽の当たらない枝葉は次第に枯れてゆく。
肥料を入れすぎれば虫が食う。
虫が来たから薬を差す。
すると、薬を差さないと生きられなくなる。
こうしてみると、
自然もヒトも同じなのではないでしょうか。
本展示を通じて、なにか一つでも気付きを持ち帰っていただければ幸いです。
"Wu Wei" means "to follow the natural order of things."
Only when humans align themselves with nature can they begin to find the space and peace to truly be.
For me, bonsai is a form of spiritual training—a way to learn "wu wei" through direct experience with nature and with myself. It is always by my side.
 

 Give water, and the tree will grow.
But too much, and the roots will rot.
Prune and thin the branches, and sunlight will reach
the leaves.
Those left in the shade will gradually wither.
Too much fertilizer invites insects.
Insects come, so we use pesticide.
Then, the tree can no longer live without it.
When you look at it this way,
perhaps nature and human beings are not so different after all.
I hope this exhibition offers you even a small insight to take home with you.

盆栽屋「魅緑」オーナー。健康な田を育て、米を生産する農家であり、盆栽を手入れして作品を生み出す。
農業と盆栽二つの活動を通して真摯に植物や伝統文化と向き合い、美しい日本を未来へ託すことを目指す。

Born in 1999 in Aichi Prefecture.
Owner of the bonsai shop Miryoku. A farmer who cultivates healthy rice fields and produces rice, while also creating bonsai works through dedicated care and craftsmanship.
Through his dual pursuits in agriculture and bonsai, he sincerely engages with plants and traditional culture, aiming to pass on the beauty of Japan to future generations.
