ソウルで注目を集める次世代カクテルバー「NOLO!」とのコラボレーションによるカクテルイベントを開催
TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREETでは、館内のメインラウンジTRUNK(LOUNGE)にて、韓国・ソウルにある次世代カクテルバーNOLO!とのコラボレーションによるカクテルイベントを10月2日（木）より期間限定で開催いたします。
2024年に誕生し、今年11月に1周年を迎えるNOLO!は、歴史と現代が交差するソウル・南山エリアに位置するカクテルバー＆カフェです。ノンアルコール、ローアルコールからフルアルコールまで幅広く展開するドリンクは、一杯ごとに「意味（Meaning）」と「機能（Function）」が込められており、味わいだけでなく、心と体への作用にも配慮されています。また、次世代の飲酒文化として注目される『ノン＆ロー（No/Lo）アルコール』をリードする存在として、国内外から高い関心を集めています。
アジアを代表する二つの都市から新しい体験を提供する本コラボレーションでは、TRUNK(LOUNGE)とNOLO!が今回のために提供するのはアルコール度数が異なる6種類のオリジナルドリンクとフードメニュー。TRUNK(LOUNGE)は10月2日（木）- 10月8日（水）まで、NOLO！は11月8日（土）- 11月14日（金）まで、各店でお召し上がりいただけます。TRUNK(LOUNGE)にて初日となる10月2日（木）の夜は、大村達郎氏によるDJプレイも予定されており、二つの街の個性を映し出す味わいと雰囲気が交差する特別なイベントをお届けします。

TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET to Host a Cocktail Event in Collaboration
with NOLO!, a Next-Generation Cocktail Bar Gaining Attention in Seoul
TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET, a boutique hotel located in Jingumae, Shibuya, will host a limited-time cocktail event starting Thursday, October 2, at its main lounge, TRUNK(LOUNGE), in collaboration with NOLO!, a next-generation cocktail bar from Seoul, South Korea.
NOLO!, founded in 2024 and celebrating its first anniversary this November, is a cocktail bar and café located in Seoul’s Namsan area, where history meets modernity. By blending carefully selected natural ingredients, botanicals, and extracts with artisanal techniques, NOLO!
delivers a truly unique “modern alchemy” cocktail experience.
Their drinks range from non-alcoholic and low-alcohol options to full-strength cocktails, each crafted with intentional “meaning” and “function”, designed not only for taste but also to benefit the mind and body. As a leading figure in the emerging No/Low Alcohol movement, which is gaining attention as the next generation of drinking culture, NOLO! has attracted significant interest both domestically and internationally.
This collaboration, offering a new experience from two of Asia’s leading cities, will feature TRUNK(LOUNGE) and NOLO! presenting six original drinks with varying alcohol levels and foods. They will be available at TRUNK(LOUNGE) from October 2 to 8 and at NOLO! from November 8 to 14.
On the opening night, Thursday, October 2, at TRUNK(LOUNGE), a DJ set by Tatsuro Omura is also scheduled, offering a special event where the flavors and atmosphere reflecting the character of the two cities intersect. Enjoy a special week brought to you by NOLO!, redefining what it means to “Drink Well” by pursuing flavor, functionality, and feeling, and TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET, which embraces a lifestyle of “socializing”—making meaningful connections and contributions in daily life.
