SUBBLUEMINAL Book Launch Event
NEW YORK出身のグラフィティアーティスト “STASH” のこれまでの活動を同世代の友人達の証言を交えてまとめたブック “SUBBLUEMINAL” 。2022年7月に発売されたこのブックは、これまでにシンガポール～ニューヨーク～ロサンゼルスでブックローンチを行っており、今回、STASHと長年にわたり交流のあるNEIGHBORHOOD、Hombre Niño、G-SHOCKに加え、原宿で活動してきたブランドをフォーカスしているヴィンテージウェアストアのPRESSURE、blue roomのサポートにより、遂に東京でブックローンチイベントを行うこととなりました。
会場はTRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET内のポップアップスペースにて。SUBBLUEMINALの販売はもちろん、会場限定のTシャツ、クルーネックスウェット、トートバッグも販売いたします。尚、STASH本人によるブックサイニングを20時から21時まで、会場内のポップアップスペースにて行います。翌日には、blue roomとPRESSUREにてSUBWAREのポップアップを開催。blue roomには90s~00sのSUBWAREのデッドストックが並び、PRESSUREには新作が並ぶ。
“SUBBLUEMINAL” is a book that archives the past activities of graffiti artist STASH’s work from NEW YORK, along with testimonies from his friends of the same generation. The book has been released in July 2022 with launch event in Singapore, New York and Los Angeles. And this time, several brands, NEIGHBORHOOD, Hombre Nino, and G-SHOCK, who have long-term relationship with STASH, as well as PRESSURE and blue room, both vintage stores focusing on carrying street wear brand in Harajuku, came together to support the launch of the event in Harajuku, and so finally the book launch event in Tokyo will come to life.
The event will take place at TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET. At the event, in addition to the SUBBLUEMINIA book, exclusive T-shirts, crew neck, sweatshirts, and tote-bags will also be available. A book signing session by STASH himself will take place from 8:00pm to 9:00pm at the pop-up space in the venue. On the next day of the event, pop-up stores will be held at the blue room and PRESSURE. 90s to 00s dead stock of SUBWARE will be available at blue room and customer can purchase new items of SUBWARE at the store PRESSURE.
