私たちは、新型コロナウィルス感染症予防および拡散防止を最優先することがお客様や従業員の安心と安全、ひいては社会を守ることへ繋がるという考えをもとに、休業期間を延長させていただく判断をいたしました。
今後の営業再開に向けて、みなさまの新しい生活スタイルに寄り添ったホテル運営のありかたを模索し、これまで以上に質の高いサービスでお迎えできるように努めて参る所存です。
なお、社会情勢に応じて、休業期間を変更させていただく場合がございます。営業再開後のホテルの営業時間および具体的な感染予防策に関しては、改めてお知らせいたします。

Announcement of Temporary Closure Extension
TRUNK(HOTEL) has been closed due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and the current state of emergency, therefore, we will extend the closure through the end of June.
We decided to extend the period to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and to insure the safety of our valued customers, clients and employees as well as our community.
We are searching for the best way to operate the hotel that supports the newly adapted lifestyles of our guests, and to provide better quality services.
Please note that we may make operational changes in the future as a precautionary measure.
The definitive business hours and measures to prevent the spread of infection for our reopening will be announced at a later date.

The temporary closure of TRUNK(HOTEL) has been extended in light of the increasing spread of the novel coronavirus and in response to the requests from the Japanese government and local authorities.
The reopening of the property, which had been planned for May 21st, has been further extended.
The definitive date for our reopening will be announced later.

4月7日に政府より発令された、緊急事態宣言発令期間中の「休業」に加え、当ホテルにおいては、お客様や取引先の皆様、社員のより高度な安心安全の確保に向けた施設内の保安や衛生・美化の徹底、また、より質の高いサービスを提供するために2週間の準備期間を設けることといたしました。
通常営業の再開は、5月21日(木)を予定しております。
なお、情勢に応じて、営業内容を急遽変更させていただく場合がございます。

TRUNK(HOTEL) will extend our period of closure as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 followed by the Government‘s request declared on April 7th.
The declaration is effective through May 6th, however, we will be closed for an extra two weeks to ensure and secure the safety of our valued customers, clients and employees.
We will reopen the property on May 21st.
We will take this period to improve the sanitation and services, as well as the quality of our facilities.
