新型コロナウイルスなどの感染症予防および拡散防止対策について

TRUNK(HOTEL)では、COVID-19新型コロナウイルスによる感染拡大の状況を踏まえ、感染症予防および拡散防止対策を強化しております。

ご来館いただくお客様並びにスタッフの健康と安全を考慮し、下記対策に努めてまいります。
ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

TRUNK(HOTEL) is taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID -19 coronavirus infection.
We will take the following steps in consideration of the health and safety of guests and staff.

「感染症予防のための衛生対策」
1.館内各所、化粧室内に消毒液を設置しております。
2.一部スタッフが、マスクを着用させていただきます。
3.館内およびお客様が触れるテーブルやiPad等の電子機器など、都度消毒を行っております。
4.スタッフの細目な手洗い、うがい、アルコール除菌を実施しております。
5.発熱および体調不良のスタッフは勤務をさせず、医療機関を受診させております。
6.当ホテルで実施されるイベントは、お客様のご要望に沿った抑止体制にて遂行いたします。

 To prevent infectious diseases
1. Disinfectant is installed throughout the building.
2. Some staff wear masks.
3. We disinfect the inside of the building, tables, and electronic devices such as iPads which guests touch.
4. We make our staff wash hands, gargle and disinfect with alcohol frequently.
5. We will not allow the staff who have a fever or are sick to work, and let them go to medical institutions.
6. Events will be held under a system of deterrence that meets guests requests.

1.ご宿泊のお客様は健康チェックシートのご記入をお願い申し上げます。

2.館内各所に設置しております消毒液のご利用をお願い申し上げます。

3.ご来館中に体調が悪化されたり、ご気分が優れなくなった場合は、お近くのスタッフまでお申し出ください。

To Guests
1. To whom staying at hotel, please fill in the health check sheet.
2. Please use the disinfectant installed in various places in the building.
3. If you feel sick or don't feel well during your visit, please let our staff know.
