日本の食文化の要素と、多種多様な食文化が入り乱れる多国籍な「東京らしさ」を融合させた料理を提案するTRUNK(HOTEL)のレストランTRUNK(KITCHEN)にて夏季限定のBEER TERRACEをスタート。
生ホップにこだわった静岡県・沼津発のクラフトビール「Baird Beer（ベアードビール）」を中心とした厳選のジャパニーズクラフトビールと、ビールと相性の良い限定のお料理を合わせたコースをご提供します。
シンボルツリーであるケヤキの木が特徴のパブリックテラスを望むビアテラスで、これからの季節に向けて開放的な雰囲気でフード＆ドリンクをお楽しみください。

Located in Tokyo's SHIBUYA district, where various cultures are intertwined, TRUNK(KITCHEN), which offers dishes that combine elements of these 2 "Japanese food" cultures, intertwined with the diverse "Tokyo-ness" and its multinational food culture. This summer at TRUNK(KITCHEN), we will be holding Beer Terrace event.
We bring the art of pairing beer and food by offering a combination of carefully selected Japanese craft beer "Baird Beer (Beard Beer)" from Shizuoka Prefecture · Numazu which uses raw hops and our limited special cuisine.
The event will be enjoyed at our restaurant's open patio with a view of the Zelkova tree, a symbolic tree of Shibuya.
