ABOUT QP
Minimal Techno、Tech House、Deep Houseを中心としたPlay Styleを駆使し。ハイブランドのレセプションやファッションショーの音楽演出、企業のローンチパーティーから毎週末のアンダーグラウンドギグまで、その持ち前の華やかさとSenseで、イベントをRock。また音楽活動に加え、ファッションモデル／エヴァンジェリストとしても様々なメディアに登場し、バックヤードでの認知を獲得している。近年『Hotel Costes』 プロデューサー “Stephane Pompougnac” や、『So, Happy in Paris?』オーガナイザー “DJ Michael Canitrot”などの海外ビッグネームとも多数競演を果たす。2012年、日本人女性DJとしては初のスペインIBIZA “Privilege”での2ヶ月間に及ぶ長期レジデントがブックされ、シーンのからの指示も急騰。2013年11月6日には自身初となるオフィシャルMIX CDも「SONICA」をRelease!!レジデントParty「SONICA」を各月でairにて開催。更に2014年には自身初となるアメリカ・ネバタ州の砂漠で行われているBurning Man2014にてDJをこなし、全国各地はもとより、海外からのゲストオファーも多く、2015年には上海の人気CLUB M2にて、2016年にはCebu islandでのDJも果たす。
国内外ともに今後の活躍が注目される。
She is a master of a play style that has underpinned minimal techno, tech house and deep house, and from performing at famous brand fashion shows and corporate launch parties to weekend underground gigs, she’s rocked events with her naturally brilliant style. Not limited to her musical work, as a model and fashion evangelist she’s gained recognition from all over and in recent years has landed recitals performing for big name overseas producers such as “Hotel Costes” producer Stephane Pompougnac and “So, Happy in Paris?” organizer DJ Michael Canitro. In 2012 she got a sudden jump in recognition as a Japanese woman DJ during her two month extended stay for her first appearance at Spainis Privilege Ibiza and has guest offers have pour in not just from all over Japan but also overseas from Taiwan, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Malaysia, and elsewhere. More recently on November 11, 2013 her first official mix CD “Sonica” was released and from April 2014 she is been at the front lines of the Tokyo underground scene having started her own party at AIR under the same name.
